Noel Duarate-Guest Speaker
Guest Speaker, Noel Duarte kicked off the New Year at the January 6 meeting by sharing his new experiences at college. Noel is the past president at Ventura High School Key Club and has just completed his first semester at Berkley. As a recipient of our club’s scholarship program it was rewarding to know Noel is adjusting to his new studies and plans to join the law profession. Bart responded with a loud “yeah”!
